Description

An all-new, clean-sheet design, the HD Flex Wader is a combination of world-class technology, expertise, and quality from KUIU, Toray, and Simms Fishing. Its built from the ground up for unmatched waterproof protection, enhanced moisture management, and long-term reliability.

The wader is made from an all-new HD Flex 4-layer waterproof breathable fabric that offers puncture resistance and high durability. Engineered with a focus on maximum long-term reliability, we optimized seam construction, taping, and seam junction reinforcements for added longevity. The wader is panelized and reinforced with a heavier double weave 4-layer fabric across the high impact zones, along the front of lower leg, knee, and seat.

While retaining a comfortable ergonomic fit, the wader is designed with minimal seams for reduced weight and added durability. In addition, the waders interior fabric was carefully chosen for frictionless, non-chaffing movement against underlying clothing, while remaining durable for extensive hard use.

Built to keep your feet warm in icy and cold conditions, the boot is constructed of heavy-duty and insulating neoprene, vulcanized rubber overlay for added durability, and an EVA sole for all-day comfort. In addition, the interior is lined with a premium grid-fleece for added warmth, enhanced air circulation, and fast dry time. The boots fit true to size with midweight socks, upsizing is recommended if you're between sizes or plan to wear heavyweight cold-weather socks. A combination of the boots flexible upper and ¾ shank strike the balance of comfort and support.

Designed for heavy use in muddy conditions, the patent-pending boot tread design, inspired by self-cleaning mountain bike tires, features optimally shaped and spaced lugs that disengage mud, so you dont get weighed down. Pair that with the optimized fit of the ankle, designed to minimize heel lift, and you have a solid system to traverse through sticky clay and deep mud without pause.

Additional features include large fleece-lined pass-through hand pockets, a drop-in pocket for shotgun shells, and a waterproof storage pocket for your phone or additional organization—all pocketing features robust YKK zippers. The fully adjustable suspender system is streamlined to keep hardware away from shoulder for shooting without interference. The adjustable waist belt and upper cinch comfortably keep the wader in position, while keeping water out.

Fit & Layering

Wader: Sized for layering in cold to frigid conditions. Follow size guide for an optimal fit.

• Wader is sized to fit heavy insulation. Please fit it with the maximum layers you expect to hunt in.
• Make sure to fit with the belt installed and buckled. We recommend threading the belt through the upper loop in the back as a starting point.

Boots: Fit true to size with midweight socks. If you measure between sizes or plan to wear heavyweight cold-weather socks, upsizing is recommended.
